CURRENT HOLDINGS

Prior to 2002, The Lyme Timber Company made forestland investments on a property-by-property basis for its own account and in partnership with clients. From 2002 through May 2005 the Company’s forestland investments were exclusively through the Lyme Northern Forest Fund (LNFF), an investment fund created and managed by the Company for investors. The Fund’s investment phase is now complete with the purchase of some 260,000 acres in New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. From the beginning of 2006, the Company's forest investments have been exclusively through a new fund, the Lyme Forest Fund (LFF). To date, over 400,000 acres have been purchased by LFF in New York, Maine, Virginia, Tennessee and Delaware. Brief descriptions of the LNFF and LFF investments follow.
