Merritt Patridge

Merritt joined Lyme in 2018. She is responsible for current and prospective investor relationships, serves as the portfolio manager for Lyme’s New York timberlands, and assists in developing conservation strategies and managing partnerships with conservation organizations. Prior to joining Lyme, Merritt was the executive director of the Center for Business, Government & Society at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Before Tuck, she was Director of Strategy and Operations for The Dartmouth Center for Health Care Delivery Science, where her work included projects in tuberculosis in the mining sector in South Africa and palliative care in Rwanda. From 2008 to 2011, Merritt worked as an investment analyst for a global long/short equity investment firm, Maverick Capital. Before Maverick, she worked as an investment analyst at Morgan Creek Capital Management. Merritt earned her M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business, where she was a Tuck Scholar, in 2013 and a B.A. with Honors from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, where she majored in history, in 2006. She serves on the Board of Directors at Mascoma Bank.
