In December 2018, affiliates of The Lyme Timber Company LP acquired approximately 42,500 acres of timberland in northeast Tennessee. The property, known as Brimstone, is proximate to lands owned by other affiliates of The Lyme Timber Company LP, and it will be managed with those lands by Straight Fork Forest Management for sustainable timber production. Over half of the property is already conserved by a conservation easement.
