Granite and Pine
The Lyme Timber Company LLC has engaged Granite and Pine Investments International Limited (“GAPI”) to provide consulting services in connection with The Lyme Forest Fund VI. GAPI will be paid a fee based on the amount of capital committed to the fund by eligible investors, which fee will not exceed 75 bps of the commitment amount.
